TRACK AND FIELD MEETS

High School Weekday Meets - We provide meet seeding from entries exclusively received from Athletic.net. FAT timing with FinishLynx and IdentiLynx cameras. Printed heat and flight sheets for the Clerk and Field Event Judges. 9mm gun and shells for starter. Walkie-Talkie communication for starter and press box. Live Field Event Results (host must provide workers for IPad Tablets. If not there is an additional $100.00 fee for field event processing) Standard fee is $700.00. Add-ons-Sprint wind gauge ($50.00). Wind Gauge for LJ/TJ, ($25.00 each). Portable power if no power at Finish Line ($50.00) Live Result LED board for running events ($100.00). Results uploaded to AthleticLive www.live.nts-timing.com throughout the meet. Results published to Athletic.net. Must have trailer access to finish line area. . Payment required 1 week before meet date. Late fee is $100.00 per week.

ROAD RACES

Local Road Races/XC Events (which includes Las Vegas Track Club Events)- Road race entries must be able to be accessed through online means, either through web site such as Active or RunSignUp. Deadline is at least 3 days prior to the event. Typically, races are timed by button timing using a TimeMachine and RaceDirector software. If notified at least 2 months before the event, the race director can choose to have chip timing (either shoe chips or disposable bib chips). Chip timing includes Trident RFID chips, FinishLynx camera backup and Live Results on our LED scoreboard and our web site, www.live.nts-timing.com. We do not provide a finish line chute. Trailer access to the finish line is required. Printed race results will be available for the meet director.

Price is 15% of the entry fee (this includes 15% of any late fee registration), with a minimum fee of $1500.00.

For any shoe chips not returned, the meet director will be charged $30.00 per chip. Bib numbers available at extra charge. Minimum payment required 1 week before meet date.

EVENT MEET SET-UP

We can set up your high school track or cross country meet on RunMeet from entries downloaded from Athletic.net. To use RunMeet, you MUST be an A.Net Site Supporter.

We will send you the seeded meet file for you to download into your meet manager program.

Note: If you are having someone else professionally time your meet, this service is not available. Professional timers should know how to do this.

Cross Country Race Tags can be provided at an additional cost.
